These individuals volunteer their expertise and passion to ensure that systemic barriers do not impede access to essential mental health support for individuals navigating immigration and asylum legal processes. Their leadership is instrumental in upholding our foundational principles of Integrity, Equity, and Compassion, driving our strategic direction and fostering the continued growth of our programs.
Jonathan J. Allocca
Board Treasurer/Interim-President
Jonathan serves as our Board Treasurer, bringing a robust background in finance and advertising analytics. With 15 years of experience advising clients on marketing strategy to enhance profitability, Jonathan’s expertise is crucial for For All Counseling’s financial health and sustainability. He is deeply passionate about mental health, advocating for equitable access to services as a foundational principle for society. His dedication to exploring diverse cultures and finding commonalities within the human family further strengthens our organization’s commitment to inclusivity and understanding.
Whitney Laws
Board Secretary
Whitney contributes extensive experience in education and organizational governance. Holding a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Philosophy in English literature, along with certifications to teach, Whitney has taught English reading and writing at various levels, including to those learning English as a second language. Her personal experiences living in diverse global communities as a military spouse have cultivated a deep appreciation for cultural integration. Whitney’s prior leadership as a non-profit board president and her roles as a voting member and auditor for other organizations provide invaluable oversight and strategic guidance to For All Counseling.
Leo Torres
Board IT Advisor
Leo transitioned from his role as our Project Manager to Board Technical Advisor, continuing to be a driving force behind For All Counseling’s engagement with its diverse community. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Leo has been instrumental in developing our brand identity, establishing comprehensive social media strategies, and managing our website. His unique blend of technical acumen, rooted in Computer Science and Management Information Systems, combined with exceptional client relations and linguistic abilities, ensures that our organization’s message is delivered professionally and resonates with our community.
Diana Ramirez
Board Director
Diana is a proud first-generation immigrant, bringing a lived understanding of navigating new systems. A licensed social worker, she is currently pursuing a Double Master’s Degree in Social Work and Public Administration. Diana’s diverse experience in medical, legal, and non-profit sectors, combined with her bilingual skills, empowers her work as a Spanish Bilingual Liaison in education. Her deep passion for equity and advocacy for the underprivileged aligns perfectly with For All Counseling’s commitment to overcoming systemic barriers and ensuring accessible mental health care for all.
Maggie Ramirez
Board Director
Maggie brings deep expertise in organizational development, leadership training, and change management to the board. As an Organizational Development Consultant at Children’s Nebraska, she partners with leaders to strengthen culture and enhance organizational effectiveness. With a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Prosci certification, she specializes in guiding teams through growth and transitions. Her passion for creating supportive environments and commitment to equity align with For All Counseling’s mission to expand access to compassionate mental health care for immigrant communities.
Kristine Ono
Board Director
Kristine joined For All Counseling’s Board of Directors after nearly two years of volunteering with the organization’s digital marketing and communications team. With a background in accounting, analytics, and financial technology, she is passionate about helping nonprofit organizations build strong financial foundations to support meaningful, long-term impact. Kristine believes deeply in For All Counseling’s mission of making mental health care accessible for everyone and is honored to continue serving the community in this new capacity.
Yajaira Gonzalez
Board Director
Yajaira is a first-generation immigrant and dedicated public servant with a Master of Public Administration. Currently the Scholarships Program Manager at TheDream.US, she oversees national programs supporting over 10,000 Dreamers. With extensive experience in community organizing and scholarship management, Yajaira has led statewide efforts to expand opportunities for immigrant youth in Nebraska. Her deep-seated passion for advancing equity at the intersection of higher education and immigration aligns perfectly with For All Counseling’s mission to dismantle systemic barriers.
Jason Taylor
Board Director
Jason brings a diverse background in public-sector leadership, education, and community-based governance to the Board. As an elected member of the Learning Community Coordinating Council and a U.S. Air Force veteran, he focuses on supporting families facing economic and systemic hardships. A small business owner and educator, Jason’s practical approach to sustainability is paired with a personal commitment to the immigrant community. Inspired by his own family’s experiences with language and systemic barriers, he works to ensure equitable access to mental health support and stability for all.

Brenda Sanchez
Social Media Manager
Brenda serves as our Dedicated Social Media Manager, expertly applying a unique blend of clinical and digital expertise to our mission. A Registered Nurse (BSN) with over 13 years in underserved pediatric care, her background provides a deep, compassionate understanding of community needs. Fluent in Spanish and English, she strategically develops compelling, inclusive content—with a critical focus on accessible Spanish-language material—to manage our digital presence and audience growth. Her dedication to accuracy and strong organizational acumen are invaluable to our mission.
Lesley Yamileth Dudley
Client Services Manager
Lesley Gonzalez serves as our Client Services Manager, bringing both healthcare expertise and a heart for helping others. With years of experience as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and fluency in English and Spanish, Lesley ensures every client feels welcomed, understood, and supported. As a first-generation immigrant, she knows firsthand the challenges people face when navigating new situations, and she approaches each person with empathy, patience, and genuine care.

Kristine Ono
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Kristine, a multilingual business student graduating from Creighton University with specializations in Accounting, Financial Technology, and Business Intelligence and Analytics, dedicates her skills to our organization as our Digital Marketing Coordinator. Kristine has significantly enhanced our online engagement by managing social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as creating promotional flyers and updating our website. Driven by a passion for supporting others, Kristine consistently applies her diverse expertise to promote our organization’s mission and make a lasting, positive impact in the community.
Kacy Hamaoka
Social Media Coordinator
Kacy, a Creighton University graduate with double majors in Marketing Strategic Communications and Management, volunteers her talents as our Social Media Coordinator and content creator. Her academic foundation in strategic messaging, consumer behavior, and organizational leadership is directly applied to developing engaging social media content. Kacy creates informative infographics about our services, effectively helping to expand For All Counseling’s reach and connect the community to the vital mental health support we provide.
