At For All Counseling, we are a nonprofit organization founded on the fundamental principle that systematic barriers should never restrict an individual from access to essential mental health support. We are dedicated to delivering affordable, accessible, and high-quality mental health evaluations for individuals involved in immigration and asylum legal processes across Nebraska and Iowa.

We believe that a truly comprehensive and just legal process requires a thoughtful understanding of each person’s mental health. Our experienced team of culturally responsive therapists specializes in conducting objective and compassionate mental health evaluations specifically designed for immigration and asylum cases.

Why Our Work Matters

In immigration and asylum cases, individuals often navigate profound circumstances, including trauma, persecution, and considerable hardship. Our work ensures that mental health factors are acknowledged, providing legal professionals with vital insights necessary to present a comprehensive understanding of a client’s situation. Without comprehensive, culturally sensitive evaluations, legal decisions may be based on partial information, potentially impacting individuals’ ability to receive the considerations they need for safety and well-being.

Our mission is rooted in the conviction that a truly comprehensive understanding of an individual’s life experiences, especially the often-overlooked and profound impact of their mental health, is indispensable for equitable legal outcomes.

We are steadfast in our dedication to equipping legal professionals with insightful, objective, and culturally responsive mental health evaluations.

These evaluations are designed to foster a more complete and empathetic legal process, ensuring that the unique narratives and well-being of all individuals are thoroughly acknowledged in immigration and asylum proceedings.

With over 30,000 pending immigration cases in Nebraska alone, For All Counseling envisions a future where every immigration or asylum case that could benefit from a mental health evaluation can access one.

These evaluations are important for supporting informed legal outcomes and for offering meaningful support to individuals who have experienced forced displacement or family separation.

We strive to expand outreach, educate others on the critical role of mental health in immigration, and connect people with accessible, culturally responsive care.

The essence of For All Counseling is distilled in our foundational values. More than just words, these principles are the living framework that guides every facet of our work, from the initial client interaction to the comprehensive evaluations we provide, and even our internal team culture. They ensure that our dedication to affordability, accessibility, and high-quality mental health support remains unwavering. By consistently upholding these values, we ensure we remain true to our purpose, fostering trust, promoting fairness, and ultimately empowering the individuals and communities we are privileged to serve.
