Our Commitment
At For All Counseling, we recognize the real barriers that make it difficult for immigrants and asylum seekers to access mental health services—language, cost, distance, and a lack of culturally responsive care. These barriers can have serious consequences during legal proceedings, where mental health matters.
We’re committed to removing these obstacles and providing high-quality evaluations that respect each person’s story and can help strengthen their legal case.
Language Support
We conduct evaluations in each client’s preferred language, with the help of trained interpreters when needed.
Remote Access
We offer virtual evaluations to reach clients across Nebraska and Iowa who can’t access in-person care.
Sliding Fee Scale
We adjust our fees based on income and household size so that financial hardship isn’t a barrier to care.
Pay What You Can
For clients who can’t pay even a reduced rate, we offer additional support based on their individual situation.

Our Work is Rooted in Direct
Support and Measurable Impact
These metrics demonstrate our commitment to Equity and Accessibility for individuals navigating challenging legal processes. The majority of clients receive subsidized services through our sliding scale, which is directly supported by community grants and the generosity of our individual donors.
Who We Serve & How We’ve Helped
The following case examples are inspired by our work with past clients. All specific, identifying details have been intentionally changed to fully protect client privacy and confidentiality.
“It means so much to me that you listened to my story without judgment and took the time to truly understand what I’ve been through… I feel seen and heard in a way I haven’t before.”
This kind of feedback is common as masental health evaluations are often the first time someone feels their story is heard and validated.
A survivor of intimate partner violence, had her VAWA case approved after her evaluation with us. Now, with legal protection in place, she’s beginning therapy and starting the next chapter of her healing.
Support The Right to Healing, Hope, and Due Process
Why Recurring Gifts Matter
Monthly or yearly donations allow us to plan ahead, expand services, and serve more people. Reliable funding means we can say “yes” to more clients in need. Every donation—big or small, once or recurring—helps make mental health evaluations more accessible to people navigating a difficult system.
We believe in showing sincere appreciation to those who make our work possible. Your support helps us keep our mission running. As a valued contributor, you receive: Website recognition, inclusion in our annual report, and a thank-you note.
Thank you for your generous donation!
